Heart Starts Pounding: Horrors, Hauntings and Mysteries is an American narrative podcast that has aired weekly since 2022. Kaelyn Moore writes and narrates every episode herself, covering topics ranging from true crime and unsolved disappearances to ghost stories and folklore.

Kaelyn Moore launched the podcast as an independent producer and has since built a media company around it. She has several million followers on social media and also co-hosts the true crime podcast Clues from Pave Studios alongside Morgan Absher.

## Concept

New episodes are released every Wednesday. The format is narrative and atmospheric, closer to a horror story than a classic case rundown, though the cases are real and based on documented sources. Among the true crime cases the podcast has covered is the unsolved disappearance of the three Beaumont children in Australia in 1966.
