Forbrydelsens Anatomi

Forbrydelsens Anatomi is a Danish true crime podcast that digs into history's most notorious crimes, examining the circumstances and motives behind them. The show is hosted by journalist Sara Røjkjær Knudsen, and each episode explores a new historical criminal case with insights from historians and subject experts who place the events in their proper historical context.

The podcast poses one of criminology's most fundamental questions: what drives a person to kill? Rather than sensationalizing crime, Forbrydelsens Anatomi takes a sober, informative approach to understanding the psychological, social, and historical factors behind these offenses. The podcast combines thorough historical research with expert analysis, giving listeners a deeper understanding of human behavior and criminal motives.

The series is produced by DR and can be heard on DR Lyd, Apple Podcasts, and Spotify. It has established itself as a distinctive voice in the Scandinavian true crime landscape, offering Danish-speaking listeners an intelligent, historically grounded alternative to conventional crime entertainment.
