The Galapagos Affair

John Treherne investigates the strange sequence of deaths and disappearances among a group of eccentric European settlers on the Galapagos island of Floreana during the 1930s. The book patiently reconstructs a real-life mystery involving competing utopian visions, volatile personalities and unexplained fates set against the otherworldly backdrop of a remote island paradise.
