Uncover: CBC's Flagship Investigative True Crime Podcast
CBC's undersøgende true crime-podcast, én sag pr. sæson

Uncover is CBC Podcasts' investigative true crime podcast, with each season a standalone series hosted by its own journalist. Since launching in 2018, the podcast has covered cults, wrongful convictions, plane bombings, disappearances and hate groups in Canada and internationally, and has now reached 38 seasons and more than 300 episodes.
## Hosts
The host changes from season to season and is always the journalist behind the investigation. Among them are Josh Bloch, Ian Hanomansing, Johanna Wagstaffe, Justin Ling, Michelle Shephard, Sam Mullins and Timothy Sawa. The feed's name changes to match the current season, for example The Expert Witness from Uncover, but it remains the same podcast.
## Seasons
The first season, Escaping NXIVM, followed the NXIVM cult in 2018. The same year brought Bomb on Board, about the 1965 bombing of Canadian Pacific Air Lines Flight 21, which won the RTNDA Canada award for best original journalism in 2019. Later seasons have covered, among other things, the killings in Toronto's Gay Village, the CIA's MKUltra brainwashing experiments, the death of QuadrigaCX founder Gerald Cotten, Peter Nygård, and prison calls from serial killer Clifford Olson.
In 2026, The Expert Witness was released, in which Sam Mullins investigates the AI tool Cybercheck, which American police have used to place suspects at crime scenes without witnesses, along with The Mile Zero Murders, about disappearances and killings in Dawson Creek, British Columbia.
## Where to Listen
Uncover is available on CBC Listen, Apple Podcasts and Spotify. All previous seasons are found in the same feed.
