racist murder

Lucrecia: Un crimen de odio is a Disney+ documentary series about the 1992 racist murder of Dominican immigrant Lucrecia Pérez Matos in Madrid — Spain's first officially recognized hate crime.

The Lucrecia Pérez murder was Spain's first officially recognized racist hate crime, in which a Dominican woman was shot dead by a Civil Guard with neo-Nazi links in Madrid in 1992.

Between 2000 and 2007, the far-right terror group National Socialist Underground killed nine migrants and one police officer across Germany. Police suspected the victims' families instead of recognizing the obvious racist motive.
