Post Mortem is CBS News' weekly podcast about the TV show 48 Hours, one of America's longest-running true crime programs. After each episode, host Anne-Marie Green talks with the week's correspondents and producers about the evidence, the dead ends, and the unexpected twists that didn't make it into the TV version.

Anne-Marie Green is a journalist and host at CBS News. On Post Mortem, her role is to ask how the cases came together and what the team behind 48 Hours themselves are left thinking about.

## Concept

The podcast comes out every Tuesday and has passed 120 episodes since it launched in 2023. Among the cases covered is that of Jade Janks, who was convicted of murdering her stepfather Tom Merriman after finding hundreds of nude photos of herself on his computer. That episode was made with correspondent Tracy Smith and producer Sarah Prior.
