About This Episode
What is this episode about?
The episode "INFAMOUS: The Horsch House of Horrors" from Crime Junkie covers the investigation sparked by a parked car near Philadelphia's Liberty Bell, where a woman's voice could be heard saying, "You're going to hurt me." That moment sent investigators to a boarded-up rowhouse in the city's Olney neighborhood, where what they discovered inside raised more questions than it answered.
Months after the initial discovery, investigators are reportedly still working to separate what actually happened in the house from what may have been staged. The episode traces the digging that followed the car incident, focusing on The Horsch House, the men who lived there, and the women whose trails led investigators back to its door. The account centers on piecing together a timeline from a scene that resisted easy explanation, examining the property itself alongside the people connected to it.
